We have computers availiable here but also have WiFi so we recommend to bring your laptop!

Will you help me with accommodation or visas after I secure my first job?

Your TEFL career service will give you all the information they can. If we have graduates who are already working in the country/city then we are likely to have accommodation agency details, and information on visa requirements etc. We cannot find the accommodation for you, nor can we apply for your visa, but we can put you in touch with people who are already there and who have already been through the process.

I’d like to bring my family with me, is that possible?

We can help you to find accommodation during your course that is suitable for a family, however we strongly advise that graduates wait until they have secured their first job, and have enquired about visa prospects before they move their family. In many European countries, schools require parents to have a residential permit or visa before they accept children.

What is the age range of the students who take the course?

It is completely mixed, and on every course we usually have students from every age bracket.

How many people do you have on each course?

It really does vary, however, we ensure that there is always 1 tutor to every 6 students so the no matter how many people are on the course it will not affect your learning experience.

When should I plan to arrive for my course?

It is ABSOLUTELY essential that you attend every session of your course! We recommend that students arrive a day or two before the course, and do not make arrangements to leave until after the last day of the course. The course is intensive and you will be learning a great deal over a short time, to gain the ITC International Certificate you MUST be in attendance and pass each of the modules.

What happens if I am ill, or for some other reason, cannot attend a class on the course?

If for a legitimate reason you really cannot attend a class, then you should speak to your trainer, who can advise you about rescheduling. Please note, depending on the circumstances there may be a cost attached to retaking classes.

If I pass the course, when will I receive my ITC certificate?

Right after you graduate! Please note, that if you lose your certificate, or if you require another copy, there is a charge of 50 euros per certificate.
